You'll have your own large and private rehearsal studio that you can access 24/7 and rent on a monthly basis at our well known facility. The complex is always clean and well maintained including things like corridors, common areas, and rest rooms by the onsite maintenance staff. All utilities are included and lots of FREE parking is provided. |

24 hour security means its safe for you to leave all your gear overnight and on-site without worry. The facility is run "closed-access" and is managed professionally, resulting in a creative environment for both pro and beginning bands and musicians.
